This Privacy Policy explains how LiuDao (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit our website or contact us about wholesale Apple-category devices. We are a business-to-business trading service; we do not run consumer accounts and we keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to answer your inquiry.

Information we collect

• Inquiry details you provide — the product, condition, quantity, shipping destination, and service need you enter in a quote or contact form.
• Contact details you choose to share — e.g. a WhatsApp number, WeChat ID, email, or company name, so we can reply.
• Basic technical and usage data — standard server logs and, only after you allow analytics, first-party events such as a pseudonymous browser identifier, visit session, page group, language, coarse country, active page time, product views, and quote or contact-button actions. Analytics does not contain chat content, contact details, search text, a raw quote-sharing token, or your IP address.
• Customer-specific quote attribution— when a member of our team sends you a time-limited quote link, the browser immediately removes its random secret from the visible URL. If you allow analytics, the secret is kept only in the current browser-tab session and sent only to our same-origin endpoint, which exchanges it server-to-server for an internal identifier. It is never sent to Google Analytics or Plausible and is never put in persistent local storage or our event logs. We retain only a protected digest and attribution facts. Access from more than one anonymous browser may be labelled “possibly forwarded”; the link alone never merges that browser into an identified customer profile.
• Generic quote and campaign attribution — a shared link may contain a short, non-secret quote or campaign reference. We accept only a restricted identifier format and never use a search phrase, chat message, contact detail, or other free text as an attribution reference.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare an indicative quote.
• To discuss logistics, payment, and order follow-up if you proceed.
• To operate and secure the website.
• To understand repeat visits, useful pages, product interest, and the inquiry funnel so we can improve the B2B quote experience.

Legal basis

We process inquiry data to respond to requests you initiate. Optional behaviour analytics is processed only after your consent, which you may withdraw below.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with our own team and, where necessary to fulfil your request, with logistics, payment, and IT service providers acting on our behalf. We may disclose data if required by law.

International transfers

We operate from Hong Kong SAR and your information may be processed there. Where we use service providers in other regions, we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Retention

We keep inquiry and contact data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then delete or anonymise it. Raw behaviour events are retained for up to 90 days; privacy-safe aggregate reporting may be retained for up to 13 months. A session changes after 30 minutes without activity. After 60 seconds without input, active-time counting pauses; this does not sign you out, close the page, or stop browsing.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the contact information you shared, or to stop contacting you. Reach us through any contact method on the site and we will action reasonable requests. Disabling analytics below stops new behaviour events immediately and clears the browser identifier, visit session, and quote/campaign attribution stored by this analytics feature. If the withdrawal request cannot reach our service at once, the small withdrawal preference is retained and retried; it is not used for tracking.

Cookies

We use essential browser storage needed for site preferences, such as your selected language. Optional first-party analytics uses pseudonymous browser and session identifiers only after consent. Optional third-party analytics loads only when both configured and consented to, and is disabled on URLs carrying a search or unrecognised query parameter. Third-party event URLs omit the query string. You can change your choice at any time above.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 18.
